This is great! I feel so guilty about throwing away books into a landfill.
ReplyDeleteI think this is one reason why so many Medical Libraries have old print materials. Being able to recycle them AND get environmental credits has been a huge win-win for us at Ascension. I hope everyone can follow this process too. We have recycled over 80 tons of materials that have become paper pulp or electricity and not just been dumped into a landfill. It has grabbed the attention from executive leadership which is great marketing for us too!
