Hey WHSLA,
As you may or may not know, I'm in grad school. I have a cataloging and classification course this semester that's taking up most of my mental energy. As such, I was unable to come up with a clever introduction to this post. But here are some articles/resources I found this month that I thought might be of interest:
- Using art and illustration to demystify the pandemic
- Avesta Rastan's infographic explaining how COVID-19 impacts the body
- Doctors/scientists/moms fighting online misinformation
- SciMoms promote evidence-based policy and parenting
- UK National Videogame Museum's Animal Crossing Diaries
- Geisterveranstaltung and klopapierhamstern: Nearly 1200 new German words coined during the pandemic
- Understanding the MLA 9th Edition (satire)
- Star stickers for following the CDC's rules (also satire)
